1. What type of products do you sell?
- We sell digital products such as AI Reels Packs, Short Videos, Tools, Templates, Courses, E-book and Telegram Services.
- No physical items are shipped.
2. How will I receive my digital product?
After successful payment, your product is delivered instantly via:
- On-screen download link
- Some Telegram services need manual setup — details will be provided on the product page.
3. What should I do if I didn’t receive my product?
Don’t worry. Just contact us within 24 hours with:
- Order ID
- Payment screenshot
- Email used during order
We will resend your product quickly.
4. Do you offer refunds?
- Since all our items are digital, refunds or returns are not available after delivery.
- Only in case of a failed or undelivered order will we assist you.
5. Are my payments secure?
- Yes. All payments are processed through Razorpay, a 100% secure and PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
- We never store your card or UPI information.
6. Can I resell or share the products?
- No. All purchases are for personal use only.
- Reselling, sharing, uploading publicly, or redistributing is strictly prohibited.
7. How does Telegram Request Service work?
- After payment, you must message us on Telegram with your:
- Order ID
- Channel link
We will discuss the timeline and start the request delivery within 24 hours.
Full delivery may take 1–7 days, depending on the flow.
8. What if I entered the wrong email or channel link?
- We are not responsible for wrong information submitted by the customer.
- But you can contact support, and we will try to help if possible.
9. Can I use these products on Instagram, YouTube, or Telegram?
- Yes. All files are compatible with major social platforms — Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, etc.
