1. Digital Products (Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable)

are not eligible for returns, replacements, or refunds under any circumstances.
Once the order is placed and service is delivered/initiated, no cancellation or refund can be processed.
This is because digital items cannot be “returned” once delivered.
2. Service-Based Orders
- For services (Telegram growth, promotions, etc.):
- Delivery time may vary depending on traffic and system load.
- Service will be marked as completed once delivered as described.
- Partial or full refunds are not applicable after delivery.
3. Accidental Purchases / Wrong Orders
- Please review your order carefully before payment.
- Suhan.store is not responsible for accidental purchases or wrong product selection by the customer.
4. Failed / Duplicate Payments
- If any amount is deducted due to:
- Payment failure
- Server error
- Duplicate transaction
Then the refund is processed automatically by the payment gateway within 5–7 working days.
- If the amount is not credited in that time, customers may contact us with their transaction ID.
