Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy

- At Suhan.Shop, all our products are digital items. We do not ship any physical goods. This policy explains how digital delivery works on our website.
1. Digital Products Only
- Suhan.Shop sells digital goods, including:
- AI Reel Packs
- Courses
- Tools & Templates
- Video Bundles
- Telegram Services
- Ebooks
- Creator Resources
No physical shipping or courier delivery is involved.
2. Instant Digital Delivery
- After successful payment:
- Download links
- Access files
- Product folders
- Instruction files
are delivered instantly on the order confirmation page or through email.
In some cases, delivery may take 1–5 minutes depending on server load.
3. Email Delivery
- All digital orders are sent to the email address provided by the customer during checkout.
Please ensure:
Email is typed correctly
You check your Inbox, Spam, and Promotions folder
- If you still haven’t received your product, contact support within 24 hours.
4. Telegram & Service-Based Delivery
- Some digital services on Suhan.Shop—such as Telegram Request Subscribers, Channel Boost, or Promotion Services—require additional information from the customer after payment.
To ensure accurate and safe delivery, customers must follow the steps below:
Step 1 — Complete the Payment
After the customer makes the payment on Suhan.Shop, the order will be marked as “Processing”.
Step 2 — Contact Support
The customer must message our official support on Telegram: @Suhan_support
While contacting, the customer must provide:
- Order ID
- Name
- Email used during purchase
This helps us verify the order quickly.
Step 3 — Share Channel Details
Once verification is complete, the customer needs to provide:
- Their Telegram Channel Link
- Or create a new Telegram channel and share its link
- Any additional information required for delivery
We only start the service after receiving correct details.
Step 4 — Delivery Start Time
- Telegram Request delivery begins within 24 hours of receiving correct channel details.
- Delivery schedule will be confirmed by support before starting.
- Delivery is done live, in front of the customer (real-time updates).
Step 5 — Delivery Duration
The complete delivery of Telegram Requests may take:
Minimum: 1 day
Maximum: 7 days
This depends on system flow, queue timing, and channel type.
The delivery timeline for each service will be mentioned clearly on the product page.
- Important Notes
- Incorrect channel link may delay delivery.
- Customer must ensure the channel is public during delivery.
- We do not start the service until customer confirms the correct details.
- Once delivery has started, cancellation or refund is not possible.
5. No Physical Shipping
- Since our products are 100% digital:
- No courier
- No COD
- No physical tracking
- No package handling
Digital delivery replaces physical shipping completely.
6. Failed or Incomplete Delivery
- If you paid but did not receive your product:
You must contact us within 24 hours with:
- Order ID
- Payment screenshot
- Email used during purchase
We will verify and resend your product.
7. Incorrect Email / Wrong Details
If customer enters:
- Wrong email
- Wrong Telegram ID
- Wrong channel link
We are not responsible for non-delivery.
But you can contact support, and we will try to help.
8. Download Issues
- If you face issues like:
- Link not opening
- File corrupted
- Server error
- Slow download
Contact support — we will provide a new link if required.
