3. Payment Terms
  • All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, UPI, Cards, Wallets, or Net Banking.

 

  • Prices are displayed in INR and may change without notice.

 

  • Suhan.Shop does not store any payment information.

 

  • In case of failed payment, the amount (if debited) is automatically refunded by your bank/gateway within 5–7 working days.
4. Refund & Cancellation (Strict No-Refund Policy)
  • Since all products are digital and instantly delivered, no returns, refunds, or cancellations are allowed once the order is completed.
  • Refunds are ONLY possible if:

Payment was made but product was not delivered

You contact support within 24 hours with order details

  • Any misuse of chargebacks will lead to account suspension.
5. Delivery of Products
  • Digital products are delivered instantly after successful payment, via email or direct download link.

 

  • Telegram services start within the given time frame (as mentioned on the product page).

 

  • The customer must provide a correct email or Telegram ID.
6. License & Usage Rules
  • When you purchase from Suhan.Shop, you receive a personal-use license:

You may:

  2. Upload content to your social platforms


You may NOT:

  2. Share them publicly
  3. Upload them to other websites
  4. Redistribute or claim ownership


Violation may lead to legal action or permanent ban.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  3. They download and store their products safely
  4. They do not misuse or resell purchased items
